The Jenny Lind Doll Club is the Connecticut chapter of the United Federation of Doll Clubs.  Our club is one of the oldest doll clubs in the United States.  We will be celebrating our 81st anniversary in 2019.  The Jenny Lind Doll Club is a  non-profit organization that promotes the study and collecting of antique and vintage dolls and makes charitable donations to various causes on a case by case basis.

We actively promote and advertise the Jenny Lind Doll Show nationally and locally, both in print and online. Participating dealers are strongly encouraged to send us “sneak peek” photos and/or lists of some of the items you will be bringing to the show for online promotion in the days and weeks leading up to the show.  Let’s build the anticipation for our buyers!!! 🙂

Here is the low  down on our show spaces:

Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors

+ One exhibitor is permitted per space; exhibitor is entitled to one helper. A maximum of two coupons per space for complimentary coffee and danish will be given to each exhibitor.

+ All exhibitors must have a Connecticut State Resale tax Number and must collect sales tax.

+ This is a tabletop show. There will be nothing allowed on the floor. Tables must be covered to the floor. Any boxes must be out of view of the public. Special request for floor racks must be cleared with the management in advance.

+ Setup time is from 7:30 – 9:30 am; at which time unloading is to be completed. Late arrivals will result in loss of space, with no refund. The management will not be responsible for loss, damage or consequences resulting from this action.

+ The management reserves the right to remove anything deemed in the opinion of the management to be a hazard or objectionable. (Example: blocked aisles, carriages or unapproved racks.)

+ Failure to comply with the rules may result in the exhibitor losing the right to sell or display at this show. No refund will be issued if the show is canceled for any reason beyond the control of the management.

+ There will be no smoking permitted in the sales room. + Dealers are responsible for their own merchandise. Neither Jenny Lind Doll Club, nor The Wyndham Southbury, assumes responsibility for the loss of personal property.

+ All terms and conditions will be strictly adhered to.

+ The   Wyndham Southbury  hotel special room rate is $102.00 with a cut-off date of September 27, 2019. Call the front desk for reservations. Be sure to mention that you are with the doll show

One table space $75.00 (l-6’table)

Two table space $125.00 (2-6′ tables)

Three table space $175 .00 (3-6′ tables)

Four table space $225.00 (4-6′ tables)

electricity request only – limited availability $15

*** Porters are available to assist with move-in and move-out.
